That's unbelievable that Norton would not rectify that, given that 
DotNet 1.1 is waaay old, iirc.  Stephen Russell--our DotNet 
mouthpiece--your comments on that?  Isn't the current version 3.5 or 
something like that?  (Obviously I don't do DotNet at this point.)
