The hard to believe is not what version it is written in (heck some people on 
this list are still
developing in FoxPro for DOS - me included), but rather that it cannot work if 
any of the other
versions of the .NET framework are installed. As far as I know, you can have 
each major version of
the .NET framework installed (1.1, 2.0, 3.5) without trouncing on each other, 
just like VFP. It was
part of the design from what I recall so I am not sure what the problem is with 
Ghost.
