Hi Michael! Typically people eat this much because of poor food choices driven by prices as much as preferences. All food today is deficient in vitamins and especially minerals, but low-cost food is most deficient of all. Deficient food has to be eaten in larger quantity to supply the body's nutritional needs and this leads to increased body mass. The appetite simply doesn't shut off because the body hasn't gotten enough of what it needs. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
