She wanted to breed the dog, but bought a dog with a pet registration
thinking she'd just pay the difference in price later. When she had an
'oops' litter she wanted us to change the registration, but we wanted to
evaluate the dog first before certifying it for breeding, and see the
results of health testing.

She took us to court saying that she was so angry that we wouldn't just
change the registration without conditions that we should be required to
take back the dog and refund her money.

But whether you add in a back story or not it just boils down to wanting to
return a dog you've had for 18 months for a refund. It just isn't done.

The judge's questions indicated he was put off by the suit.
