That's the point. You don't try to understand them, you give them lots of
time to try to understand themselves, where they can't hurt anybody. And you
don't punish the workers and businessman who make mouse pointers with
nonsense rules and regulations because some loon decided to play star wars
with a jet liner. That was not exactly their intended use, and certainly
won't help "stimulate the economy".

That said, I was all for regulations mandating the "Warning: Boiling Water
is Hot" messages on McDonald's coffee cups, if only they would have added,
"Dumbass!" right after it.
