Bob, This is one time I disagree with you. My thought is that anyone excepting Government money is subject to any rules that the Government wants to impose. Besides the Government now owns 80% of AIG so they have the right to ask for the names. Also since when can the government stop doing anything because of the fear of reprisals. This is the first step to rule by terrorism.
