Nonsense. It appears you have little idea how emergency rooms actually
work.

On the whole, undocumented workers are *afraid* to use the health care
system, rarely go for preventative care. And that's why the emergency rooms
are filled -- they're being treated for illnesses and conditions that could
have been handled cheaper and easier with standard office visits.
