No Pete, I am not a judge. Fortunately, legal knowledge is not limited to judges so I think I'm safe relaying my opinion on what you proposed. It won't fly, no way no how but I await the day that you run for and are elected Governor of a state that permits capital punishment so that I can watch your proposal being put into action.
