Well, we use such parts as MAX186 (ADC), MAX197 (ADC), MAX705 (voltage
supervisor), MAX232 (RS-232 transceiver).  Widely applicable stuff, but
probably not used in cellphones.  We don't buy them from Digi-Key, since
their chips prices are not competitive.  Rarely are these available from
stock, and lead times are usually 8-22 weeks.  That stinks!
