Yeah, I do this too.  The no-ERC directive on unconnected pins is more to
remind me that I have thought about that pin, and decided that it is to be
unconnected.  If a pin is unconnected and doesn't have a no-ERC directive,
that means I forgot about it or haven't yet decided what to connect it to.
