Yes I have 'software arcs' selected.
I remember, that I have tried to generate gerbers without shecking
that box ('software arcs' NOT selected) and the result was the same!

The acute angle where the track joins the pad is a no-no. It will likely 
not etch correctly.

When you generate the gerbers, do you have 'software arcs' selected?
