Yeah, but for the most part, Microsoft neither denies the flaws in its software nor provides substantial repair to those flaws only by charging the user and extra 1-2 thousand dollars per repair, like, for instance, Protel. It's a comparison of apples and caviar. Win2k or xp pro is a mere ~$300 on a bad day, Protel is over an order of magnitude more expensive. aj
