Hi, I repeated the procedure now, just to see if I explained it correct, and here is the way to do it:
*log in to your account and go to the products page *if you have upgraded from PT10 to 11 you will find a heading named "PT 11 upgrade from PT10". *interact with this heading and click the text. Yes, I know it's not usually needed to interact, but in this case you have to do that. *Wehn you see below the heading, you will now see your IL name and a heading named "Product deatails and downloads, show". Again, you have to interact with this heading and navigate to the Show link. *Click the Show link and below of the heading you will now see the PT 11.2 downloads you've looked for. Click option-return for each of the downloads you want. You'll now find them in your Downloads folder. Hope this helps!
