Hi all,
I think we need at least one additional ticket state:
"Nonreproducible". I think a lot of our tickets are in "needs more
information" state when really, we just can't reproduce them. A lot
of these might go away after a few releases, but at least, if they're
not getting hit by many people and they sit in this state long enough,
we can close them.
What do you think?
