I am very wary of this category.  Both it becoming "WontFix" and
encouraging people not to delve deeply into issues.

We've had a lot of issues that exists but were hard to reproduce - it's
the nature of a multi-platform tool like ours.  The spectrum of broken
tests across multiple platforms too are also examples of this.
