In fact, LiVES is on the DVD image. Just go to the menu in the left
bottom corner, select Multimedia -> Lives

this doesn't work, as puredyne itself is not based on the dyne system
anymore, hence the .dyne files won't work. it uses apt-get or aptitude
to install new software.
