In defence of printing maps, I feel it is
dangerous to rely entirely on electronic devices.
I always take a back up waterproof 'paper' map.
The best way to achieve this is to crop a section
and have the image printed at a local photo
processor; photos are still usable after passing
through a washing machine. Being able to set acrop
aspect ratio would save time post processing.
