After reading wheelchair of response, I might understand the need for verification and re-verification, but I don't comprehend a three-month delay. If someone like me were in bed down for three months, it would cost far more money in the long run.
If this seems to be the norm and you cannot get new chair repaired in a reasonable amount of time then you might want to look at trying to get some help from some outside sources. Another words maybe you need to contact your representative or possibly let some of your local news stations know what kind of delays the paralyzed public is having to deal with. If they have a good investigative reporter they can find more dirt than even you will be able to provide them. That's just my two cents. Thankfully I have a much more responsive company. And it must be noted that I get my repairs done through the VA, so I don't deal with this type of situation. So maybe I'm just overreacting, but it seems unreasonable to me.
