All summer I was having a terrible time developing gas that would stay trapped in me until I got in bed at night then it would start coming out. It was causing me chills and sweats all day and I tried all kinds of things like bean-o, gas-x, digestive enzyme tablets, etc., but nothing helped. Then I came across some info on-line about vinegar possibly being of help. It worked! No more gas trouble. I put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in about 3-4oz. of fruit juice and down it at breakfast. Just wanted to pass this on in case anyone else was going through this uncomfortable problem.
