I was doing this awhile back to help eliminate possible bladder stones, but
I found that it promoted my bowels to moving.  Although now that I think
about it, I was using a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.  Maybe a teaspoon
might help me eliminate some of the trapped gas which resides within my
bowels.
Metaphorically scratching my head wondering if this really might help me.
