Geez, does it really sound that way, lol?  I've made several postings  in the 
past for the use of Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey.  And the  responses have 
varied.  The main thing is it works.
 
I'm having a bowl of oat meal in the morning and fresh calves liver for  
lunch with catsup.

Thanks Tim.  I've been an advocate for Apple Cider Vinegar and  Honey for 
years.  I acquired this information from Vermont Folk  Medicine or New England 
Folk Medicine written by a MD who, at that time,  still practiced, home visits. 
 
Its never left me down either.
 
Oh, BTW, wait until you have tried some oatmeal in your diet too.
