Yes, it would be kewl..... or hot in your case. Immersion heaters draw big amps and not just volts. I would expect to lose about 15% of your battery life . That sounds pretty easy. I was hoping not to have yet another battery charger, but it's not a big problem. I would like one so I could plug my phone in if it got low. Plus I saw a cool coffee type cup that you could plug into a lighter outlet to get it hot. I thought it would be cool to have hot chocolate if I was out at night and got cold.
