Let's remember the intial post, the gentelman had a 475 so a 68040 with full 36megs ram well within handling 8.1 maybe not as fast but yet compact and user friendly for him.I didn't even get into hfs+ last night, and the whole issue of an isp not setting up an account on anything that has a lower OS than 8.1 is an issue. Some people just like to buy there computer and install the OS and away you go.
