I am hoping that, if I can get the downpipe, Peter will be able to attach this to the existing pipe on the car. This won't be ideal but is going to have to do for a few weeks. Then we will look for a pipe that gives a bit more grunt and sounds a bit better. The engine will run without a MAF though so it's not a major problem.
