Hopefully other locations where you use the Radio does have an ethernet
termination that you can use. Based upon what you are describing, a
problem with the Radio communicating to your router via Wifi still needs
to be tested. The Wifi6 interference problem is not immediate; the
Radio will work for a while but then after minutes or hours (or days)
the Radio will suddenly stop working and show the red icon. A reboot
will allow it to reconnect, temporarily.

Please switch some of Radios to ethernet. If it works for 24 hours via
ethernet, but not with WiFi, that will help identify the problem.

I agree with Jim. The next step is to compare a Radio connected via
Ethernet va Wifi when you are using MySB.com.

Have you replaced your Wifi Router about the time the problems started?
