OK. I just started a radio on a 3' cable from the Verizon router.
Other than that ethernet link, getting ANY outlets wired up to the Cat5 and then finding the specific cable, splicing it and getting the end out of a box under my corner counter is not going to happen when you're in a wheelchair. Shit, just plugging in an outlet is sometimes not possible! The part I'm still not clear about: Michael suggested doing something with the iMac OR a newer Mac OS as the fix. It's not clear to me what that would fix, calling up the router to the radio or (then?) bringing up MSB.com?
