Is "Flight-to-Quality"[1] (a finance term) something which happens in
our industry?

In other words, if customers start seeking lower risk engagements, is
that perceived by them as being less money or more quality? Or more
experienced freelancers? Or faster turnaround? Or a more iterative
process? Or another aspect altogether?

Then again, if every customer's different, identifying their
particular quirk may be key...
