I'm with you, Doc.

In my experience, the lax sign-offs are not restricted to 'Mom and Dad'
situations.  Some Commanders, in an effort to be a 'good guy', will sign
off partial or skimpy requirements or accept a 'promise' to finish'. But
done is done and past is past. The Trailblazer Commander can only affect
events under his watch...

I thought there was a District Review Board for GMA?  At least, I'm pretty
sure there is such a thing in NorCal/Nevada District.

For the future, though, it would be good if the Trailblazer Commander was
able to CONFIRM skills and requirements for merits and advancements...
