Aside from the GMA "board of review"

I'd recomend the boys stand for a "board" at every
rank advancement as the final requirement..

The way our group is set has Parents there on most nights
willing to do "something" that is purposefull and don't cost
money<G>

T328 "Rules for Boards of review"
---------------------------------

3 to 5 members with one in the "lead" who is a
trained/ registered parent committe member (*paid and on record)

No Commanders! *Unless absolutely needed..

15 min's at most!
No trick questions..
No discourageing words- you may criticize or *suggest improvement,
but don't rub salt in a boys obvious shortcommings.!!
Full Uniform required
Open handbook there for review.

*Questions-
-----------

Please repete the Ranger Code, motto, pledge..
Tell us about your uniform?
can you describe the award you are earning?
Are you enjoying Royal rangers?
What has been the best event you have attended..
What requirement challanged you the most?
  " The least?

When you are quiet and at home, do you think about the Outpost?
Would you invite your school frinds to come?

How are you "Ready" for anything?

Are you ready to advance?
Why do we have patrols?
What is the buddy system?

What does *Spiritual mean to you?
Why do we need to be *Alert?
