I have a question to clarify. You have an interesting discussion going here.
Right in the middle of my busiest time. And you greatly distract me from
work :-)))))))

First, I have never seen here in Russia a real boy scout (and girl either).
Even though there are boy scouts in Russia. They are in real bad shape here,
sometimes very ... say pagan.

So I would like to know how is this Board of Review done. Who is in the
Board? Is it open for anybody to come? scouts? instructors? What is general
direction of questions? What I need to know is some basical stuff. I've seen
here the procedures for the GMA (it was very helpful document - thank you
Jonathan). Is that different?
