How do you guarantee that every commander is a Christian?  I've seen Ranger commanders 
go to the altar many times for salvation - and one persuasive unsaved commander can 
really put a big dent in your idea about every vote being "of God".  Take a look at 
any of the issues (in or out of Rangers) - many people say they are Christian but vote 
differently - are both listening to God?  Who decides then?
