I disagree.
We can educate all we want but unless the person
takes heed to the education it will not do any good.
Our schools teach sex education, but our kids are have
babies at 12 - 13 years of age.
Our schools teach drug education. Look at the polls and see how many have
tried weed by the seventh grade
