Tell me more about your positive discipline point system. Is it the same you
use for advancements? How does it work?

We use a point system in our outpost w/ "Ranger Bucks" earned & the chance
to spend them on neat stuff monthly. The boys like payday & store nite.
However, there seems to be less & less connection in more & more boys' minds
between the work needed to earn points & getting to buy stuff at store. They
don't want to work for what they get. "It's not fair," I hear grumbled
increasingly often. Discontent sets in. Discipline problems follow.

Is it the fault of the point system or the ranger bucks? Definitely not. It
boils down to a question of how does the cdr. minister to hearts w/ such
attitudes?
