Grezi Stefan,

I read your incentive mail with great interest.
I want to change our point system too even though we used one similar to
yours.

When do you mark the points, do you do it at roll call or some other
time ?
How do you do record them, on a list with all RR's and mark or whatever
you do,
or do you have individual lists for every Ranger ?

I would like to know how you do all the "bookkeeping".
It would be of interest to some of us to hear from you how you work with
your system.
Maybe you could explain it a bit more.
Or even send a list to me.

Thank you very much Stefan.

How do you handle all that rain ?
Or are you going outdoors anyways with the RR's ?
I have to think of Duanes remarks in regards to his homestate.
Must be like Germany as we experience it lately.

Please forgive me for writing in english but out of courtesy towards our
RR-friends I am using that tongue.
We will come back to Duanes translating skills later.
