I need to find how some of you have handed this situation.  We have a boy in 
Pioneers whose dad is the Straight Arrow Commander.  This dad has been a 
commander for over 7 years so he knows his stuff.  The dad has been working 
with him on his advancements and has passed off most of them.  As Sr 
Commander, I have given my approval for this.  However I am beginning to have 
second thoughts about this.  What have other outposts done in regard to 
commanders passing off advancements for their son?  Thoughts?
