Hi Cmdr. James,

In my outpost we expect the boys to know their stuff, not just once but at
anytime... So we check them periodically by putting them is situations where
they will have to use what they have learned without realizing they are
being tested. If you suspect that the young man may be getting off easy just
test the whole Pioneer Outpost with tasks that will test their skill level.

Otherwise if the young man is giving no indication that he does not know his
stuff then I would not worry about it. It all comes out in the wash (like in
ROY testing :-)
