I did miss that point<G>
I confess to being on the *program side of the *Ministry
perhaps too much. I have given devotion's followed by a
call to salvation, and had responces... However, for the
most part my "style" is to be *reflective rather than
evangelical.
I believe that we should be earnestly instructing
> in OUR faith. And to quote you, "*Our desire to preach the un-hindered

*See... on the subject of Ministry... you rule!<G>
But on the subject of why the US Millitary would honor a
Eagle over a GMA the answer is not found in *ministry but
in Leadership of teams.
I'm proposeing an ethical withdrawl from compareing the
GMA to the Eagle on those grounds.. To "Equal" the Eagle
we must preach team building, patrol leadership, critical
thinking, character building and integrity. We would have
to develop policies of 2 deep leadership for child protection,
and administrate an accountibility double check to back the
claim a boy brings for the GMA award that his work meets
the requirement No-more No-less..
Let's forget all that and keep RR the way it is.
Men working with boys, and quietly signing off for them
for the award. All this "Boy leadership" takes too much time
and get's in the way. After all... what would the Commander do?
