Why don't you revoke the messages as spam and let TES do it's trick. My understanding is that if you revoke a message, then the Trust value of the poster is diminished. Also, razor isn't there a switch to ignore lists?

That feature's been gone from SpamAssassin for a while, and for a good reason.
