As far as I can see, your automaton is auto-reporting.  The human
interaction comes later, *after* other users have made use of the
report.  While it may be correct to revoke an erroneous report, the
fact is that for many the damage has already been done.

FWIW, I use Razor via its integration with SpamAssassin.  I'm not a
developer of either (though I have suggested rules for SA).
