I also do not have Zone Alarm but setting the Win XP security off doesn't improve things. I still get the "Action Cancelled" notification in the right hand window,

This was done on a laptop with out virus protection. I think it was the XP Pro Security Firewall that did it. I believe we might need to allow an exception to whatever Rbase server is being used.
