This is the exact email I received from SolarEdge (personal information
redacted):

-----------
This is regarding your inverter SN: XXXXXXXXX-0E and here is your case
number: 6728929
This inverter is currently on site: LastName, FirstName TSPXXXXXX which is
under company Titan Solar Power. You will have to take over the site and
disable the inverter from the site and add it to the new monitoring site
you have created. If you want us to do that then we will need and email
from the original installer company
-----------

But I can't take over the site, and Titan Solar is out of business. So they
have given me no options, are are completely unresponsive after multiple
emails and days of waiting. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I
would call, but I can only understand about 25% of the people who answer
the phone there (I have a hearing disability, and the thick accents are
very hard to understand). Chat is useless - they tell me I have to call.

I recall a similar thread a while back where Wrenches had significantly
different experiences with SolarEdge. I find that remarkable. I wonder why
that is. Are we getting directed to different call centers, perhaps? Very
strange.
