Whilst I don't think this is outlandish, it does propose some
difficulties for smaller apps. Say I produce a real (no pun intended)
slick contact manager with the built in db. It sells for $29.95.
Small businesses might buy it but as soon as they want to add just
one more user the price jumps to $559.90. That's a fair leap. Perhaps
Lynn could tell us what Valentina would cost in the same situation -
I still find their licensing confusing.
