Hi All, Past teams I've been on have used Fogbugz and Remedy (years ago!) as well. It's been too long for me to comment on Remedy, but Fogbugz is a great system. However, it may be a bit overblown for some applications. In other words, it has a lot of great features, but if you are doing relatively simple web dev, or even applications of medium complexity, it's a bit over the top.
Actually, I'm also researching issue tracking right now, except I'm interested in a hosted solution for a client of mine. My current two favorites are: DoneDone - hosted, simple, inexpensive, and with Basecamp integration. http://www.getdonedone.com/index.aspx Lighthouse - also hosted, simple, inexpensive, but without BC integration. http://sera.lighthouseapp.com/plans Anyone have any experience with either of the two? Thanks! ~~~~~~~~~~ Kristina Barnett www.kristinabarnett.com [email protected] 512-300-5082 ~~~~~~~~~~~ On Thu, Jun 11, 2009 at 10:34 AM, Rich Weston <[email protected]>wrote: > I’ve used a variety – the current flavour being OnTime.
