Jeff, I would recommend Evernote (http://www.evernote.com/). They offer a client for almost every platform I can think of. So once a bookmark or item it save it is available through other devices. Plus they have the standard JavaScript scripts to add to your browser bar for adding new bookmarks. Plus it does a lot more than just bookmarks.
