I second Xmarks with a small side note. It does freak out from time to time when using it across browsers/platforms. I run it on Win7 (IE/FF/Chrome) and Lion (Safari/FF/Chrome) and Safari complains from time to time about a corrupt bookmark file and runs a repair.
