Hi Jeff, Many of the Metro Police Services in the Greater SF Bay Area had Micor Simulcast voice systems with the dual delay lines I mentioned earlier. During "my time", I serviced or installed quite a few.
Most also had Spetra Tac Voting Systems. Worked very well as long as the microwave hops to the site didn't have too much group delay.
