The Monero Assembly organizers will be able to go into more detail, but
IIRC last year Monero opted to go with a large pile of standard 8.5x11"
(or thereabouts) paper handouts/fliers which people could pick up from
the Monero Assembly's table. Compared to a poster, this allows going
into more detail (they had multiple handouts, covering different topics
and going into different amounts of detail), and also makes it easy for
people to look at the info once they're no longer at your table (and
after the Congress concludes).

(Obviously a canvas banner is useful for getting people's attention.)
