No, you miss nothing: I just begin with this idea ;) The goal was indeed to make some interaction with visitors, but one need some random paper to give instruction to visitor, like "find a app/hardware/driver/etc. issue" and then visitor should find where and how this issue can occur. But this is a very basic and not exciting interaction. > Anyway, how big were you imagining that the board would be? I though about some 1,5x1m you could roll up for the trip. > Instead of the interactive approach, we could also opt for the > simplified version of this: a poster or roll-up, with two mockups of a > phone (front and back). I was hoping finding a more interesting interaction, but I do not find THE idea. :) Some poster with two sides of a phone and some arrows pointing to several parts which can cause some issues. This poster could be declined into small papers with references of pages on replicant website (not included on poster) to be distributed to visitors as Jeremy wrote. - Fil Lupin. > On 03/11/2019 01:26, Fil Lupin wrote: > > > Reminding this page > > https://replicant.us/freedom-privacy-security-issues.php I wonder if some > > poster could be interesting to show in a simple way different privacy > > issues on the phones. > > It could be illustrated with several levels: > > > > - apps with privacy issues (probably most known issues, which can be > > illustrated with some flashlight app accessing to SD card, but I would > > think some google/facebook app collecting GPS localisation would more > > efficient as an example) > > - system/drivers with privacy issues (with the example of Samsung > > backdoor). > > - firmware with privacy issues (with bad modem isolation and closed > > booting systems) > > Those different examples would allow to show the Replicant perimeter of > > work with examples to make it clear. > > > > > > To organise this, I would use some scratch or magnetic shapes which could > > be put on a metal/scratch flexible board.
