Hmm. If err_handler is a closure or a std::function then no, this will not 
invoke it.

Example:

  #include <iostream>

  int main()
  {
    auto f = [] { std::cout << "Invoked" << std::endl; };
    f();
    (f);
  }

The above only prints "Invoked" one time.
