I read the posts on this and agree. When I get the whole thing ripped,
I will tar them to DVD. I have DL, but it seems the cheapest method
would be to buy a spindle of single layer DVDs.

I never did such an archive project and would welcome any tips. I have
samba working, so if there is a windows solution, O can go that route.
